By accessing our website, creating an account, requesting a quotation, making a reservation, or purchasing any travel service, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately discontinue the use of our website and services.

The Company operates in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts.
  • All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • You will promptly update any changes to your personal information.
  • You will use the website only for lawful purposes.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who provides false information or violates these Terms.

Depending on the selected travel package, our services may include:

Only the services explicitly listed in the confirmed booking voucher are included.

Any service not specifically mentioned shall be considered excluded

8. Website Availability

We strive to ensure uninterrupted access to our website.

However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from interruptions caused by:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Server failures
  • Internet disruptions
  • Cybersecurity incidents
  • Software updates
  • Third-party service outages

We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from temporary website unavailability.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Nuvago Travel reserves the absolute right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services where necessary, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • Fraudulent transactions.
  • Chargeback abuse.
  • Threatening or abusive behavior.
  • Violation of these Terms.
  • False identity.
  • Attempted system abuse.
  • Criminal activity.
  • Non-compliance with applicable laws.

Such decisions shall be made at the sole discretion of the Company where permitted by applicable law.

12. Payment Terms

Payment for travel services may be made using one of the payment methods accepted by Nuvago Travel, including but not limited to:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Debit Cards
  • Paymob Payment Gateway
  • Bank Transfer
  • Other approved payment methods

A reservation shall not be considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and written confirmation has been issued by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to request identity verification or additional documentation where necessary to prevent fraudulent transactions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available at the time of payment.

14. Booking Amendments

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through official communication channels.Cancellation charges may apply depending on the booked services and the cancellation date.Unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation, the following general cancellation policy may apply:

16. Refund Policy

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times vary depending on the payment provider, financial institution, and banking regulations.

Refunds generally require between 7 and 21 business days, although certain international transactions may require additional processing time.

The following charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law:

  • Payment gateway fees.
  • Bank transfer charges.
  • Foreign exchange conversion fees.
  • Visa processing fees.
  • Government taxes already remitted.
  • Supplier-imposed cancellation penalties.

18. Travel Documents

Customers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documentation before departure.This includes, where applicable:

  • Valid passport.
  • Entry visas.
  • Transit visas.
  • Residence permits.
  • Vaccination certificates.
  • Health declarations.
  • Customs documentation.
  • Any additional documents required by destination authorities.

Nuvago Travel shall not be liable for denied boarding, refusal of entry, or travel disruption resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or expired travel documents.

21. Hotels and Accommodation

Hotel accommodations are provided based on the category, room type, and meal plan confirmed in your booking.Hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by each hotel’s policies. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.While Nuvago Travel makes every effort to secure the accommodations specified in your itinerary, we reserve the right to substitute accommodations with similar or higher-category properties in cases of overbooking, operational requirements, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.Special requests, including room preferences, connecting rooms, smoking or non-smoking rooms, accessible facilities, and bedding arrangements, are forwarded to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed.The Company shall not be liable for decisions made independently by accommodation providers regarding room allocation or hotel policies.

23. Travel Insurance

Nuvago Travel strongly recommends that every traveler obtains comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure.

Travel insurance should ideally cover:

  • Medical emergencies.
  • Personal accidents.
  • Trip cancellation.
  • Trip interruption.
  • Lost or delayed baggage.
  • Emergency evacuation.
  • Personal liability.
  • Flight delays.
  • Travel document loss.

Unless explicitly stated in your booking confirmation, travel insurance is not included in the price of our services.

25. Health and Medical Conditions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to travel.

Any medical conditions, disabilities, allergies, dietary restrictions, or mobility requirements that may affect participation in the booked services should be disclosed before confirmation of the booking.

Failure to provide relevant medical information may limit our ability to accommodate special requirements and may affect participation in certain activities.The Company reserves the right to decline participation in activities where health or safety concerns reasonably exist.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nuvago Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of enjoyment.
  • Emotional distress.
  • Loss of income.
  • Business interruption.
  • Missed connections.
  • Additional accommodation expenses.
  • Currency exchange losses.
  • Personal expenses.
  • Delays caused by third-party suppliers.

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the affected travel services, except where prohibited by applicable law.

29. Fraud Prevention

Nuvago Travel maintains strict anti-fraud measures to protect both customers and the Company.We reserve the right to:

  • Verify customer identity.
  • Request additional documentation.
  • Suspend suspicious transactions.
  • Refuse bookings involving suspected fraud.
  • Report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

Chargeback fraud, identity theft, payment fraud, or any attempt to unlawfully obtain travel services may result in legal action.

30. Third-Party Suppliers

Many services offered through Nuvago Travel are provided by independent third-party suppliers.These suppliers operate under their own terms and conditions.While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for acts, omissions, negligence, insolvency, or operational decisions made by independent suppliers.

32. Dispute Resolution

The Company encourages customers to contact us promptly to resolve any concerns or complaints amicably.If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiations, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.Nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights that consumers may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

Company means Nuvago Travel.

Customer means any individual or legal entity using our website or purchasing our services.

Website means the official Nuvago Travel website and all associated domains.

Booking means any reservation confirmed through our website, email, telephone, WhatsApp, or authorized representatives.

Services means all tourism-related products and services provided directly or indirectly by Nuvago Travel.

Supplier means any third-party provider including hotels, airlines, cruise operators, transportation companies, restaurants, attractions, guides, insurance providers, or any other service provider.

Traveler means every passenger included in a booking.

Force Majeure means any event beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, pandemics, governmental actions, strikes, civil unrest, airport closures, weather conditions, technical failures, cyber incidents, or any extraordinary circumstances.

4. Acceptance of Bookings

Submitting a booking request does not constitute confirmation of a reservation.

A booking shall only become confirmed after:

  • Availability has been verified.
  • Required payments have been received.
  • A written confirmation has been issued by Nuvago Travel.

Until written confirmation is provided, prices, availability, itineraries, and schedules remain subject to change without prior notice.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Passport validity complies with destination requirements.
  • Required visas have been obtained before travel.
  • All travel documents are accurate.
  • Personal information submitted during booking is correct.
  • Arrival times are respected.
  • Local laws and customs are observed.
  • Tour guides and service providers are treated respectfully.
  • Personal belongings remain under their own responsibility.

Failure to comply may result in denied services without entitlement to compensation.

7. Accuracy of Website Information

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that all information displayed on our website is accurate, complete, and up to date, occasional errors may occur.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Hotel descriptions
  • Room availability
  • Tour itineraries
  • Images
  • Travel durations

9. User Accounts

Users may create an account to facilitate bookings and manage reservations.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.


11. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on the Nuvago Travel website are quoted in the currency selected by the customer during the booking process. Prices may be available in USD, EUR, GBP, EGP, or other supported currencies for convenience.

Unless otherwise stated, prices include only the services specifically listed in the confirmed itinerary or booking confirmation.

The Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time before a booking is confirmed due to factors including, but not limited to:

  • Changes in supplier rates.
  • Government taxes or fees.
  • Currency exchange fluctuations.
  • Fuel surcharges.
  • Seasonal price adjustments.
  • Availability changes.

Once your booking has been confirmed and full payment has been received, the agreed price shall not change except where additional services are requested by the customer or where governmental taxes or mandatory fees are introduced after confirmation.

13. Deposit Requirements

Certain travel services require a deposit at the time of booking.

The required deposit amount depends on the nature of the booked services, supplier requirements, travel season, and departure date.

Failure to pay the required deposit within the specified timeframe may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation without prior notice.

15. Cancellation by Nuvago Travel

In exceptional circumstances, Nuvago Travel reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify confirmed travel arrangements due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Where possible, customers will be offered one of the following options:

  • An alternative travel arrangement of similar value.
  • A travel credit.
  • A refund where applicable.

The Company shall not be responsible for any indirect expenses incurred by the customer, including but not limited to:

  • Visa costs.
  • Travel insurance.
  • Personal purchases.
  • Foreign exchange losses.
  • Additional accommodation booked independently.

17. Cancellation by Nuvago Travel

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the remaining balance must be paid before the deadline specified in your booking confirmation.

Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in:

  • Automatic cancellation of the reservation.
  • Loss of deposits already paid.
  • Cancellation charges imposed by suppliers.
  • Rebooking subject to new availability and pricing.

19. Cancellation by Nuvago Travel

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the remaining balance must be paid before the deadline specified in your booking confirmation.

Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in:

  • Automatic cancellation of the reservation.
  • Loss of deposits already paid.
  • Cancellation charges imposed by suppliers.
  • Rebooking subject to new availability and pricing.

20. Passport and Visa Requirements

Unless otherwise advised, passengers should ensure that their passport remains valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended date of return.

Visa requirements vary according to nationality, destination, and purpose of travel.

While Nuvago Travel may provide general guidance regarding visa procedures, the responsibility for obtaining all necessary visas and ensuring compliance with immigration requirements remains solely with the traveler.

The Company shall not be held responsible for visa refusals, delays, additional documentation requests, or decisions made by embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities.

22. Transportation and Flights

Transportation services included in your itinerary may be operated by third-party providers.Flight schedules, vehicle types, departure times, baggage allowances, and routes are subject to change without prior notice by the respective service providers.Nuvago Travel shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, missed connections, schedule changes, overbooking, baggage loss, or operational decisions made by airlines or transportation companies.Customers are responsible for arriving at designated meeting points and departure locations on time.Failure to appear at the scheduled departure time may be considered a “No Show” and may result in the loss of booked services without refund.

24. Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout their journey.The Company reserves the right to terminate or refuse services without refund if a traveler:

  • Behaves aggressively or abusively.
  • Endangers the safety of others.
  • Violates local laws or regulations.
  • Causes damage to property.
  • Disrupts tour operations.
  • Harasses staff, guides, drivers, or fellow travelers.
  • Engages in illegal activities.

Any costs resulting from such conduct shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

26. Force Majeure

Nuvago Travel shall not be held liable for any failure, delay, modification, suspension, or cancellation of services arising from events beyond its reasonable control.Such events include, but are not limited to:

  • Natural disasters.
  • Earthquakes.
  • Floods.
  • Fires.
  • Epidemics and pandemics.
  • Government restrictions.
  • Political instability.
  • Acts of terrorism.
  • Armed conflicts.
  • Civil unrest.
  • Airport closures.
  • Airspace restrictions.
  • Extreme weather conditions.
  • Transportation strikes.
  • Supplier insolvency.
  • Power outages.
  • Internet disruptions.
  • Cybersecurity incidents.
  • Any other extraordinary circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

In such cases, Nuvago Travel shall make reasonable efforts to assist customers in arranging suitable alternatives where possible, but cannot guarantee refunds or compensation beyond those recoverable from suppliers.

28. Intellectual Property

All content published on the Nuvago Travel website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos.
  • Trademarks.
  • Text.
  • Images.
  • Videos.
  • Graphics.
  • Itineraries.
  • Website design.
  • Software.
  • Icons.
  • Marketing materials.

is the exclusive property of Nuvago Travel or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Company.

31. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles.

33. Changes to These Terms

Nuvago Travel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.Updated versions will become effective upon publication on our website unless otherwise stated.Customers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically before making a booking.
