Users remain responsible for ensuring that their submitted content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights of any third party.
By voluntarily submitting content to Nuvago Travel, the user grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, adapt, translate, and promote such content for legitimate business purposes, including marketing, customer engagement, and service improvement.
This license does not transfer ownership of the user’s intellectual property and remains subject to any mandatory rights provided under applicable law.
Nuvago Travel respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

This Intellectual Property Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without prejudice to any mandatory legal protections that may apply under applicable law or international intellectual property agreements.
The Parties shall first seek to resolve any dispute relating to this Policy through good-faith negotiations. Where an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the courts having competent jurisdiction in the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
