This Visa Assistance Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) explains the scope and limitations of any visa-related assistance provided by Nuvago Travel (“Company”). It is intended to clarify the Company’s role in supporting Travelers with visa applications while confirming that all decisions relating to visa issuance remain solely within the authority of the relevant governmental authorities.

This Disclaimer forms part of the Company’s legal documentation and should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Booking Policy, Payment Policy, Travel Insurance Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy

1. Purpose
The purpose of this Disclaimer is to explain the Company’s role in providing administrative assistance relating to visa applications and to clarify that Nuvago Travel neither issues visas nor controls the decisions of embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, or governmental agencies.

2. Scope of Visa Assistance

Where visa assistance is offered, the Company may provide administrative support that may include:
  • Providing general information regarding visa procedures;
  • Assisting with document preparation;
  • Issuing hotel confirmations where applicable;
  • Providing itinerary confirmations;
  • Supplying invitation letters where available and appropriate;
  • Coordinating documentation required for booked travel services.
The availability of these services may vary depending on the destination, Supplier requirements, and applicable immigration procedures.

3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

Nuvago Travel does not guarantee that any visa application will be approved.All visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or governmental agency responsible for processing the application.The Company has no authority to influence, expedite, modify, or appeal any governmental decision concerning visa issuance.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

The Traveler remains solely responsible for:
  • Submitting complete and accurate documentation;
  • Providing truthful information;
  • Attending appointments where required;
  • Paying applicable visa fees;
  • Meeting submission deadlines;
  • Complying with all immigration requirements.
The Traveler should carefully review all application documents before submission and immediately notify the Company of any inaccuracies in documents prepared by the Company.

5. Accuracy of Information

Visa regulations, documentation requirements, processing times, and governmental procedures may change without prior notice.Although the Company uses reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Travelers remain responsible for verifying current visa requirements directly with the relevant embassy, consulate, or governmental authority before submitting an application or commencing travel.

6. Processing Times

Any visa processing time communicated by the Company represents an estimate only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee.Actual processing times depend entirely upon the workload, procedures, security reviews, and operational decisions of the relevant governmental authority.

7. Supporting Documents

The Company may provide booking confirmations, hotel vouchers, travel itineraries, invitation letters (where applicable), or other supporting documents relating to confirmed travel services.The issuance of such documents does not constitute a guarantee that a visa will be granted or that entry into any country will be permitted.

8. Independent Government Decisions

Embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, and border control agencies exercise independent governmental authority and may approve, refuse, delay, cancel, revoke, or amend visas without consulting the Company.The Company has no control over governmental immigration decisions and accepts no responsibility for such decisions.

9. Visa Refusal

The refusal of a visa application shall not constitute a breach of contract, negligence, or failure to perform on the part of Nuvago Travel.

The Company shall not be responsible for any financial loss, travel disruption, cancellation expenses, or other consequences resulting from the refusal of a visa application by the relevant governmental authority.

Where a visa application is refused after travel services have been confirmed, any cancellation, amendment, or refund shall be governed by the Company’s Cancellation & Refund Policy together with the applicable contractual conditions imposed by the relevant Suppliers.


10. Refusal of Entry

Possession of a valid visa does not guarantee admission into any country.

The final decision regarding admission remains exclusively with the immigration authorities, border control officers, or other competent governmental authorities at the point of entry.

Nuvago Travel accepts no responsibility for any refusal of entry, deportation, detention, quarantine measures, or other immigration-related decisions made by governmental authorities.

11. Changes to Immigration Requirements

Immigration laws, visa requirements, health regulations, border procedures, and governmental travel restrictions may change at any time without prior notice.

Travelers remain responsible for monitoring official announcements issued by the relevant governmental authorities before departure and throughout their journey where appropriate.

The Company shall not be liable for losses resulting from changes in immigration policies, entry requirements, travel advisories, or governmental decisions implemented after a booking has been confirmed.


12. Cancellation Following Visa Refusal

Where a Traveler requests cancellation of confirmed travel services following the refusal of a visa application, the request shall be processed in accordance with the Company’s Cancellation & Refund Policy together with any applicable Supplier cancellation terms.

The Company cannot guarantee that payments made to independent Suppliers will be recoverable following a visa refusal.


13. False or Misleading Information

The Traveler is solely responsible for ensuring that all information and documentation submitted in connection with any visa application is complete, truthful, accurate, and lawful.

The Company reserves the right to refuse assistance or terminate its involvement where it reasonably believes that false, misleading, fraudulent, forged, or incomplete information has been provided.

Nothing in this Policy shall require the Company to prepare, submit, certify, or support documentation that it reasonably believes to be inaccurate, misleading, or inconsistent with applicable law.


14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nuvago Travel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial loss arising from visa refusals, immigration delays, border control decisions, governmental actions, changes in immigration laws, or any other matter beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

Nothing contained within this Disclaimer shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.


15. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be considered in breach of this Disclaimer where visa processing, immigration procedures, or travel arrangements are delayed, suspended, or prevented due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include governmental actions, public health measures, armed conflict, civil unrest, natural disasters, cyber incidents affecting governmental systems, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, or other extraordinary events.


16. Policy Amendments

Nuvago Travel reserves the right to amend this Visa Assistance Disclaimer from time to time in response to changes in applicable laws, immigration procedures, operational requirements, or business practices.

The latest version of this Disclaimer shall be published on the Company’s official website together with its effective date.


17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under applicable law.

The Parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations before commencing legal proceedings. Where no amicable settlement can be achieved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts having competent jurisdiction in the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
