Event Management Scope Of Work

-In charge for overall management of all key players related to the event.
-Sourcing, employing and training of ushers, coordinators and onsite staff 
-Upkeep and coordination of itinerary and schedules 
-Accountable for managing the Master Database 
-Communication of technology, physical set-up, staff uniform designed for the event 
-Management of all Top VIP needs and requests. 
-Hotel coordination encompassing all concerned departments. 
-Negotiation and mediation on to hotels and other suppliers on behalf of the client. 
-Control and supervision of overall logistics including transportation, changes.
-Administration, control and distribution of VIP passes/tickets 
-Establishing rapport with front Desk, Housekeeping and Concierge 
-Preparation and coordination of reception desk/lobby presence 
-Rooming upgrades/selection coordination as per client 
-Verification of functionality, infrastructure and convenience of different venue types 
-Sourcing of last-minute transportation needs 
-Follow up on all maintenance/cleanliness of vehicles 
-Driver briefing and verification of drivers grooming and behaviour. 
-Verification of seamless changes in transportation schedule 
-Main Point of contact for client
