-Sourcing, employing and training of ushers, coordinators and onsite staff
-Upkeep and coordination of itinerary and schedules
-Accountable for managing the Master Database
-Communication of technology, physical set-up, staff uniform designed for the event
-Management of all Top VIP needs and requests.
-Hotel coordination encompassing all concerned departments.
-Negotiation and mediation on to hotels and other suppliers on behalf of the client.
-Control and supervision of overall logistics including transportation, changes.
-Administration, control and distribution of VIP passes/tickets
